announce will be imported from the mailing list to discourse
sep 26 at 2AM UTC tonight.
During import, discourse does not deliver emails.

The announce category will become a mirror of the mailing list.
So what is the plan here? Where does the announcement category show up?

The purpose of the announcement is to inform that discourse will not be able to send emails while processing the mailbox.
