I've set a 2026 budget. Please review and see if you have any issues with
it.
The system admin contracts is mostly a general feeling based on work we
couldn't do last year and work that remains to be done for our OSUOSL
migration and upgrade of our current systems.
The contracts don't need to be necessarily split up that way.
I do not plan to take a contract this year.
