In order to be able to post to this category, you will need to be a member of the OSGeo-SoC group, which you can do by clicking the Join button on OSGeo-SoC group . Once you are registered you can either post using the web interface here, or send mail to [osgeo-gsoc@discourse.osgeo.org(mailto:osgeo-gsoc@discourse.osgeo.org).
As a group member, you will be automatically set to receive posts and topics. You can control that by going to GSoC and clicking the bell icon
Then within your preferences setting to the right, you can control if you get emailed and what level of emailing, e.g. just digest or per post.
