Adding a sub category in the Local chapters?

Hello, I wanted to add a sub category “UK” in the Local Chapters category. How can I achieve this?

Hello,

That request should be made by the owners of
the UK mailing lists, where somewhere in the list there is a mail about the decision of migration.
