How can I enter in an ARC/INFO export format file. They generally have e00
extensions and all seem to look different. Some look like raster files, and
some look like vector files.

No can do, Phillip! The export files are a proprietary format. The only
Arc/INFO files that can be directly imported to GRASS are the ungenerate
format files. Arc/Grid can also write raster files to a format that is
compatible with GRASS.
