I have decided to not take a contract this year as I had initially intended,
and will not be doing any work for SAC moving forward for this year except
for absolute emergencies where I am called upon to do so.
At the same rate from last year, $128 per hour, leaves a total of 125 hours.
With Sandro and me taking a contract of 60 hours each, will leave $640 dollars for, what I consider unavoidable:
Domains (300)
Website plugins (150)
Emergencies (190)
I ask Tom: Shall we proceed with creating the contract?
Are those hours ok?
Regards
Vicky

I've added my proposed sysadmin contract for 2025 in the nextcloud
Proposed folder. I made it 60 hours @ 118 EUR per hour for a total of
7080 EUR which as today are about 7.8k USD. I've indicated Regina as
the supervisor.
Adding the OSGeo president in Cc for signing the contract.
Thank you.
