CITE test: EO Dataset Metadata GeoJSON(-LD)

Hi Devs

I see that in Jan 2024, GeoServer 2.24 passed the above CITE test (in TE beta, perhaps). I want to run the test against the latest 2.27.x - but the test is asking me to:

Upload JSON file containing a single GeoJSON Feature representing a single EarthObservation object

Can anyone provide an example file, please?

Hi Peter,
while normally it’s GeoSolutions to work on EO stuff, I’ve checked and nobody remembers running such test. It was probably a third party.

If I had to guess, probably someone that has an OpenSearch for EO installation with a custom GeoJSON template for the output, and they verified the server was producing conformant metadata for a satellite product… but… just an idea.

I don’t have any demo server setup for such purpose… and if my guess is correct, not sure we care, STAC has replaced OpenSearch for EO pretty much anywhere I can see.
