Angelos Tzotsos told me, to reach out to you here.
last week the FOSSGIS Conference took place in Hamburg/Germany. During the conference I maintained a community meetup for German users of the QGIS Web Client 2 application. We discussed our further possibilities for communicating with each other. Therefor it should be nice to have an own mailing list for German QWC2 users, where we could discuss potential further developments and other topics related to Germany/Swiss/Austria.
So my question is, what is the "official" process to implement a new osgeo mailing list, named "qgis-qwc2-de" for instance which we can use?
Thanks in advance!
Daniel

Since this is a new list, can we have it as a discourse mailing list/forum - https://discourse.osgeo.org/
We eventually need to get off of mailman2 so I'd rather not have new mailing lists onboarded to that.
If you are amendable to that, then I'll create a discourse category under QGIS.
You should also register on https://discourse.osgeo.org. You can use your OSGeo LDAP account or if you prefer github or single site register.
Once you do the two above things (put in a ticket, log into discourse.osgeo.org) I can create a new category and make you an admin of it.
Thanks,
Regina

I created a list in discourse too before reading this email.
Can we get rid of the mailman2 list please, unless someone is willing to put in the effort to eventually move all these mailman2 lists to mailman3.
Thanks,
Regina
