Discourse shutting down for major upgrade to 3.6

Going to be shutting discourse down in Sept 13 at 4AM UTC. (For UTC-X it is Sept 12)

per ticket #3356 - Upgrade discourse to fully 3.6.0

I expected downtime 30 to 40 minutes.

During the upgrade additional tests will be made so discourse will

  • Come back on briefly with the testing environment
  • Tests will be done
  • Come back off
  • Come back on with the production environment

The discourse upgrade has been rescheduled for the day after – so Sept 14th at 4AM UTC
