A partire da QGIS 4.2 il plugin core DB Manager verrà declassato a plugin di terze parti, ciò significa che non sarà più installato direttamente durante installazione di QGIS, ma occorrerà installarlo come un normale plugin. Inoltre, resta da capire chi lo manterrà nel tempo.

## Description
Implement https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Enhancement-Proposals/b… lob/master/qep-426-demote_dbmanager.md . The plugin has been moved to https://github.com/qgis/db_manager_plugin/tree/main, and has been submitted to the plugin repository at https://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/db_manager/version/1.0.0 (awaiting verification)
This also has the nice side-effect of allowing us to drop an annoying dependency (pygments)

## Description
An alternative to https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/66545 for … 4.2 : On starting the db manager plugin, we immediately show a message bar warning advising the user to install the community edition of the plugin instead, with a button to show the plugin manager ready for this installation:

Se declassano il DB Manager, mi aspetto che nel core di Qgis vi sia uno strumento analogo e altrettanto valido.
Sì, quasi tutte le funzioni del DB Manager sono ora native e presenti direttamente nel Browser Panel.

Ora che il plugin è stato portato “fuori”, correttamente l’autore è sempre Giuseppe e ora il mantainer è nyall.

Si il lavoro era di Giuseppe. Immagino Nyall sia mantainer perché ha caricato lui il plugin nel repository
