Edit layer : can't access to the edit form

Dear All,

I have a lizmap project that seems well configured.
I have a point layer stored on Postgres. WFS is enabled and I can see the edit button:

But when I click on it I have this error :

Edit layer : can’t access to the edit form

I’m not able to figure out what is the problem

QGIS Server: [3.34.9 ]
Lizmap: 3.8.4

Do you have any logs in errors.log or lizmap-admin.log ?

Thanks for the tips…
Looking at the logs it was clear that the library php+postgres was not installed.
Now it works.

Could be better to write in documentation to add this package in case of layer edit?

Yes of course if it’s needed.
Which file or URL did you look at ?
You can edit a file straight on GitHub web interface to make your proposal.

These logs are displayed in your administration panel, you should go there from time to time
