FTP sites for Grass tutorials ?

Hello,
  I'm using GRASS4.1 on a SOLARIS2.3 UNIX platform, and have the
Spearfish and Global databases. Does anyone know of any ftp sites
where I could get tutorials for using GRASS and XGRASS ?
