Has no README, LICENSE file, etc

The last mail to the mailing list was on October 2015:

There is a webpage:

which resides on osgeo6
And is not listed on the OSGeo projects

Domain is being paid by OSGeo
And the webpage is located on osgeo6, where we have our mail server
OSGeo6 is in the process of being containerized

We need to remove stuff not related to the mail server.
For example:

I need to open a ticket similar to the 3405 ticket about moving the webpage out of osgeo6.
Who is in charge of this project?
