GCC 15 will change default C language version to C23

I just wanted to share a Phoronix news article concerning the upcoming GCC 15 in March/april.
When not specified, GNU23 will be used instead of GNU17. The change was merged on Friday.

In case some work needs to be done and backported beforehand.
