Hi everyone,
Everybody knows we have a great yearly meeting in Bolsena, this year it was planned the 29th of June, for one week in the covento.
We had no real communication about this event since the COVID hit, so I come to gather the feeling and see if we have an opportunity to do something still.
First, I’m guessing the week at Bolsena is canceled. I see several options from there
- we postpone the Bolsena code sprint in september or later in the year, with still a state of uncertainty
- we just cancel the code sprint
- we try to do a remote (or several splitted groups over differents places, like one group in france, one in holland, some people from their home/office…) In that case, we should define if we keep the same week or if we do it later.
So I’m coming to you to see if some people are still involved to do this sprint or not, and how we can do it.
More reasonable would be 3. I am down to spend between 3-5 days working on some topics for Geonetwork community if we can arrange this sprint ! But I think it’s important to meet at least in small groups.
