I think a website folder on SVN root is a good option.
A script will checkout the users and developpers docs from trunk to
embed it to the website.

+1 from me also! I like Mathieu's suggestion but I'm also comfortable with
adding it to trunk for now and later re-factor it, for instance after a
discussion during the FOSS4G code sprint. Getting the code in SVN so we can
get a new site up and running is urgent now.
Cheers,
Jeroen

+1 from me! Nice work François.
Nevertheless, I would suggest you to add this website folder not directly in
trunk repository but maybe in /utilities or a /website folder directly at
the SVN root because I think it is quite confusing for developers to
checkout the website sources by default.
Maybe I'm wrong but my opinion is that we already have lots of folders and
modules under the /trunk folder and we should try to organize it a little
bit more... At this time we don't even know which ones are maven modules and
which ones are not....
What's your feeling about that François?
Does the PSC have an opinion or a strategy for that?

Mathieu

Dear PSC members, here is a proposal to update the

Once in SVN, the objective is also to have the website back online asap.
Looking forward to your votes.
