Dear PSC members,

I would like to propose adding profile specific harvesting and an OGC
Sensor Observation Service (1.0.0) option to the OGC WxS Harvester as
described in:

http://trac.osgeo.org/geonetwork/wiki/proposals/SOSHarvester

These changes have been applied and tested in the ANZMEST branch and I
would be looking to include them in geonetwork 2.7.0 (unstable). I have
included a patch for geonetwork trunk.
