The other day I tried to activate the download disclaimer service in Geonetwork 3.10 and 4 for a project, following the guidance at https://www.geonetwork-opensource.org/manuals/trunk/en/administrator-guide/configuring-the-catalog/system-configuration.html#download-service but nothing happened, and my understanding is that it hasn’t worked for a while.
In that case, are there plans to get it to work in Geonetwork 4 onwards, or should it be removed from both the admin settings interface and the documentation?
