Hi Jo,

Not sure this might be helpful. We are implementing ES for 3.10.x version using EC2 instance (since AWS Elasticsearch service is not the latest version). We use auto scaling to scale up and provide application load balancer endpoint in Geonetwork config.properties.

In Ifremer, we are indexing WFS features from GeoNetwork in a shared Elasticsearch cluster.

For Kibana, just set the elasticsearch URL in kibana.yml
