Hi
We are going to create a 4.2.x branch based on current main branch and update main branch to version 4.4.x.
GeoNetwork 4.4.x will include the following pull request to support Java 11: https://github.com/geonetwork/core-geonetwork/pull/7186
GeoNetwork 4.2.x will work only with Java 8 and will be maintained backporting fixes and small features.
