Is there a plan to support gmx:Anchor elements in iso19139?

Hi Justin,

I do not believe that there is intention to add HTML or XHTML tags into the XML Schema implementation of ISO 19115 and its related standards. ISO 19139 is meant to be the XML Schema implementation of ISO 19115 and is not considering presentation components.

I believe that the intention is for presentation to be managed by an XSLT from the valid ISO 19139 XML into XHTML or HTML or any other format that one requires.
