I had surfed the internet and there were no manual for XML services in GN3.

Hi Farook,
From GN3 on we are moving forward to JSON services instead of XML, as
they are easier to handle on the client side. You can find the
documentation and testing endpoints of the API on any running
GeoNetwork 3.2 if you enter on http://…/geonetwork/doc/api/ .
