I am getting into the good stuff for the docs manual activity, and wanted to ask how some files are handled:
Is there a procedure (even cut and paste) to convert from one to the other?
It appears that recent releases of geonetwork 4.2 have stopped making doc/changesx.x.x-0.txt files.
I would like to respect the teams work; but do not wish to waste my time on content that is not going to be maintained.

I found the answer in the manual, not sure why the more recent version 4 changes are missing?
