Hi All,
I've recently installed GeoNetwork 2.4.1 using the windows installer and was
getting a ClassNotFoundException for org.mortbay.jndi.InitialContextFactory
as defined in src/jndi.properties. Although I couldn't find this class in
any of the libraries, I did find org.mortbay.naming.InitialContextFactory,
and changing the above file to this instead seemed to cure the exception. I
just wanted to mention this in case I've missed something, or if nobody else
using the windows distribution had provided the feedback.
Please do let me know if this sounds odd, as I'm getting another exception
(SAX related), and just wanted to rule things out. I'm using the
http://trac.osgeo.org/geonetwork/wiki/HowToRunUnderJettyInEclipse
Eclipse/Jetty set-up described by Francois Prunayre, but also with the
libraries added for geoserver (web/geoserver/WEB-INF/lib/*.jar).
Many thanks,
Andy
