Dear all, OGC API records service (https://github.com/geonetwork/geonetwork-microservices/tree/main/modules/services/ogc-api-records) is quite tightly coupled with GeoNetwork as it uses the same database and the same index.

I think it could make sense to release this service at the same time and with the same numbering of GeoNetwork releases for users to more easily know which version to install.

Any thoughts?

Francois

I agree, Thanks François

Hi François,

What is your plan about this exactly ? We figured out that the ES version is not aligned with 4.2.2, we have a PR for that.
But what your proposition would imply ?
Do you want to go for a ogc-api-records 4.2.2 ?

Hi Florent,

If we decide to align releases then we could create consistent milestone numbers
https://github.com/geonetwork/geonetwork-microservices/milestones

https://github.com/geonetwork/docker-geonetwork/blob/main/4.2.2/docker-compose.yml#L108-L109

so that it is much easier to figure out which version to use.

Cheers.

Francois
