As discussed on IRC, I’m moving the NGR proposals into dedicated proposals for each one, to ease discussion and contributions by others.
The next one is ready, the Persitent Validation Results proposal. I’m asking Thijs to update the page w.r.t. points that came up in the IRC discussion.

Hi,
In addition to Heikki's remarks:
1. Simon had a question on profile support, I've edited the WIki page a bit, hopefully now it's more clear / Simon's question is answered
2. there is some discussion between Heikki and Francois on the Wiki page, to extend the proposal (idea of Francois). Francois, could you have a look at it and edit the Wiki page / describe your ideas?
