Dear PSC,
I would like to propose David Blasby (https://github.com/davidblasby) as committer to the GeoNetwork project. David has, like Jody, been active for several years in the project. David developed large parts of the new Harvester application and the LinkChecker application that are currently in production at the EU for the INSPIRE GeoPortal.
David is an experienced developer with large FOSS4G contributions, including the first versions of PostGIS. I would very much like to welcome David as a committer to the project.

David has been contributing to add support for OpenId, WMTS layers for background layers, new UI controls to support HNAP specific fields in the metadata editor, etc.
