All,
The current schematron build process only takes Schematron rules specified using XSLT2. I have a patch to enable rules specified in XSLT1 to be used. (We – the Ordnance Survey UK – have a need for this.)
Would anyone care to support this, and if so, help me go about arranging review and committing please?
Justin.

Open a ticket on trac. Add your patch and I will have a look at it.
