[GeoNetwork-devel] Some GitHub cleanup needs developer input

Hi core developers and others,

Today I took the opportunity to clean up some repositories on GitHub. A number of the existing repositories had not been used and/or replaced over time. Some for more than 9 years. The repos have been put in an Archived state, which means that they can still be used in read-only mode. This will hopefully help people to understand where development takes place.

My actions have not been exhaustive. In fact, I feel more repositories can be archived so we only keep the ones actively developed in an active state.

This is an invitation to you to indicate which repositories could be archived according to you? This is the list still active, but possibly stale:

Can you please respond to this email and indicate what you think should happen with those repositories? And if a repository should absolutely not be archived, please also indicate that (hopefully with a reason for that).

Cheers,
Jeroen

Hi Jeroen, and happy new year to all the community.
Thanks for the clean up.

Personally I don’t contribute to those repositories, and they don’t seem to be part of the current workflow. You can archive them all from my point of view.
Thanks

Cheers
