With the RC0 release upcoming we have a couple of proposals ready to go into trunk. The proposals can be found on the WIKI at proposals – GeoNetwork opensource Developer website
Would you be so kind to review them and give your vote per proposal in a response to this email? If there's discussion on a specific proposal, please start a new thread on the developer list. In this email you should only cast your vote per item. Your options are -1 (veto), -0 (mild disagreement), 0 (no opinion), +0 (mild support) and +1 (support the proposal). See PSC – GeoNetwork opensource Developer website for all details.
The proposals are, in order of the WIKI proposal page:
* Ajax Editor Controls and other Editor Enhancements
* More operations on a selected set of metadata records
* Improve user interface for file upload/download
* Restore editing rights and ownership enhancements
* User Self-Registration Service
* CSW202 discovery improvements
* Add Shibboleth as an authentication option
* Compression filter
Looking forward to your votes soonest. There's still some merging work to be done before RC0, so don't hesitate to look into this soonest.
