Jzkit is not much maintained and has dependencies to old hibernate annotations, seem not really causing issues, at least if not used Z39.50/SRU, but is not nice to get in the log entries like these:
2017-06-28 11:18:43,634 DEBUG [org.springframework.core.type.classreading.AnnotationAttributesReadingVisitor] - Failed to class-load type while reading annotation metadata. This is a non-fatal error, but certain annotation metadata may be unavailable.
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.hibernate.annotations.CollectionOfElements
In 2.10 we had a very nice setting to disabled Z39.50/SRU, that for some reason has been removed in 3.0.x.
Some questions:

Does anybody knows the reason to remove the setting?

Any way to disabled Z39.50/SRU without requiring to touch the Java code?

Any plans to upgrade Jzkit?
