We are trying to simplify the loading of many pdf files and thumbnails from
a directory tree into geonetwork as a shared resource. If anyone has done
something similar would welcome any input. I have tried a manual metadata
insert with pdf as attachment and the download facility works this way. I
thought it might be possible to output the sample metadata as xml and
generate copies (with parameter changes) for each pdf to be loaded. To test,
I exported metadata as xml, made some copies with parameter changes and
reloaded using batch import but although the metadata insert works I get the
following error message when trying to download the pdf
The requested operation could not be performed.
ResourceNotFoundEx : Resource not found
