[GeoNetwork-users] changing organization/node logo doesn't work

I'm beginning to customize my installation of 2.6.4 and want to replace the
default dummy /logo/ with my organization's logo - a 40x40 pixel GIF.
However, the dummy logo continues to display, despite that the proper one
/[my UUID].gif/ is the only logo at
/..\geonetwork\web\geonetwork\images\logos/. Why is this?

I am using the instructions at -
https://www.seegrid.csiro.au/wiki/Infosrvices/GeoNetworkBranding#Changing_Node_Logo
(Changing Node Logo)
I also have instructions from this from the FOSS4G 2011 GN 2.8 workshop,
which despite the version difference, do correspond with those at the link
given.

Anyone know what the problem might be?

Thank you!

Hi Samuel

Did you try to clean completely the browser cache? In FF for example,
sometimes I get quite issues with cache, so need to clean completely cache,
F5 for refresh doesn't work for me in these cases.

That worked like a charm - thanks! A simple browser issue - who'd have
thought?

Cheers,
