[GeoNetwork-users] Deploying GN4 on Ubuntu 20.4

Hi!
I'm having some difficulty deploying GN4 under Tomcat9 and Ubuntu 20.4
Ubuntu is updated and I am already running Geoserver and Mapstore on the
platform. Elasticsearch is installed and running. But GN4 will not start.
Apparently, this has to do with the creation of the default database.
Later, I will connect GN to PostGreSQL but wanted to start with the
default. Here are the last lines of the (failed) geonetwork.log

Hi Mats,

This is probably caused by a file permissions issue that is causing write
errors in the directory where you are creating the database. Looking at the
log trace it seems you are trying to create the database in the rood
directory (/gn.mv.db) and Tomcat hasn't permissions to write there. I'd
suggest you to create a specific folder for the database and set the owner
to the same user that is running Tomcat and configure GN to put the
database in that folder.
