I have a problem with my Geonetwork implementation. I have metadata records
with spanish accentuated words (like "Panamá"). The metadata creation form
handles these chars fine, but the problem is when the metadata needs to
upload one file using the browse button and the the upload button. After the
file has been uploaded, the metadata returns with the chars changed! Instead
of having "República de Panamá", returns with "República de Panamá". What
can be wrong?
