If you have any improvements you want to contribute back, the best is to
use git to get a local copy of the source code, apply the fix and put out a
Pull request so your improvements can be integrated quickly. Otherwise you
can also create new Tickets in the issue tracker: https://github.com/geonetwork/core-geonetwork/issues

This release is our first to include a small end-user guide, available for local installation. Future releases we will be looking at translation into French. The source code will be available for any other regional schemas that wish to translate for their region and sample data.
A big thanks to Jose and Ian for their contributions to this release.
