Dear list,
I recently sent a question about the WFS service not accessible to external users after migrating to version 3.12. I see now that CSW is not accessible neither! This is quite annoying as the INSPIRE monitoring is coming soon...
I see in the log: <ows:ExceptionText>OperationNotAllowedEx : Operation not allowed</ows:ExceptionText>.
After further check I see that I can't even change any settings inside geonetwork UI. I have the green block saying that settings change have been saved but if I refresh nothing is changed.
In the log, I see quite a lot of errors. For instance:

Caused by: org.h2.jdbc.JdbcSQLException: IO Exception: "java.io.IOException: org.h2.jdbc.JdbcSQLException: IO Exception: ""Missing lob entry, block: 602342"" [90028-174]"; "lob: null table: -1 id: 127071" [90031-174]
Any idea what I could do? Is it a known GN version issue?
