Hi
The max size is set to 100 Mb, you can change it in the file
WEB-INF/config.xml:
<maxUploadSize>100</maxUploadSize>
The change requires to restart GeoNetwork.

And you might also need to check the max POST size settings in your frontend reverse proxy if you use one.
