I have tested the binary download and confirm that some of the issues I was troubleshooting (welcome page glitches with no workspaces) are correctly resolved.

I will try testing with an assortment of extensions installed also.

javadoc

README.html has language around email list posting; rather than forum use. All the links work.

htmldoc

README.html looks fine and all the links work.

war

README.html has the same issues as javadoc download above.
