I’ve kicked off a new GeoTools 9.4 release to catch Jody’s commit - I’ll also be rebuilding GeoServer 2.3.4 so it would be cool if someone could point me to some instructions on how to make sure the installers get built.
You should talk to Ian Turton (or ask on the developer list).
Note that my employer expects groups that email me privately to be under a support contract. If you ask in public I can answer your email without ruffling any feathers
Ian I fixed several GPL headers (see 9.x commits) which are of interest to Shi Wei Yu. I also found several more examples on my own. I am not if I managed to get the commit applied before or after you tagged 9.4?

Could you confirm that the attached issues in geotools v9.3 have been fixed in the next release of geotools? If yes, when will that release be available? Thanks!
We are on a monthly release schedule for the stable series, the master development branch changes over every six months.
Note: That is not a confirmation, just simply that it has been reported. While the community appears to be taking action nobody is under contract on this one
