[Geoserver-devel] Confluence is getting slower and slower

Hi,
during the last few days confluence speed got pretty much unacceptable
again. Various users asked on the irc channel about it.
I asked on the #codehaus channel, but nobody answered. I can't seem
to find a ml to talk about this issue either.
All I've found is this jira issue that Jody opened some time ago:
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/HAUS-1587

I'd suggest everybody annoyed by the current slonwess votes on the issue, and that eventually we think about how to handle this in
other ways, that is, for example, to move the infrastructure somewhere
else (osgeo maybe?).

Cheers
Andrea

I'm working on applications for Confluence licenses, and then I think the best thing would be for TOPP to just host it. Though if we can get good access to OSGeo boxes that could work too - but I think we're at the point where we need to control our own fate a bit more.

Ok. Control means burden too thought (hardware, people and bandwith related)
