Line 252 of JAIMapResponse has been comitted as commented out, which probably broke the app, but I could not compile with the new geotools (and we need to so we can fix validation bugs).
If anyone knows anymore, and has some time, would appreciate it as I am rather lost in this class.

my understanding was to make it read
DefaultMapContext map;
...
But what is the second line?
More to the point: Why was one class deleted, when it's peer was deprecated? Please try to be consistent so as to avoid wasting people's time, we don't all like fixing code we don't understand to test systems, especially when it's because someone goofed and forgot there was such a thing as deprecation ...
