[Geoserver-devel] I do not find "WEB-INF/lib" folder

Hi, I want to add a module to geoserver but in the section “Implementing a Wicket UI Extension” can not find the “WEB-INF/lib” folder so I can not copy files. Jar and paste them into this folder, could you tell me where this? please help me.

When running a web application the geoserver “war” is unpacked into the following directory structure:

For tomcat it looks like:

webapps/geoserver/index.html

webapps/geoserver/WEB-INF/classes
webapps/geoserver/WEB-INF/dispatcher-servlet.xml

webapps/geoserver/WEB-INF/lib

webapps/geoserver/WEB-INF/web.xml

If you are running the bin download of GeoServer it includes the ‘jetty’ application server, which has a web apps folder similar to the above.

On OSX you need to right click on the GeoServer.app and “show package contents”. From there you can navigate to Contents/Resources/Java/webaps/geoserver/WEB-INF/lib
