ImagePyramid properties getting clobbered.
------------------------------------------
Key: GEOS-4755
URL: https://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-4755
Project: GeoServer
Issue Type: Bug
Components: WMS
Affects Versions: 2.1.1, 2.1.0
Environment: linux, jetty, java version "1.6.0_27"
Reporter: Gordon Keith
Assignee: Andrea Aime
Priority: Minor
Attachments: geoserver_public
An image pyramid works for a while, then the properties etc files get overwritten by geoserver with a version that are useless. After the overwrite the GetMap request reports a NullPointerException and a GetCapabilities request produces an error.
Before the overwrite the layer looks like this:

This happens with a variety of ImagePyramids.
Attached is the log of standard out.
