I’m trying to fix many words like below(see the attachment images) and I’m getting confused the relationship between the ‘something.zh_CN.utf8.properties’ and ‘something_zh.properties’.

seems I should use .utf8.perperties based on this GEOS-10189 Resolved ([ GEOS-10189 Resolved I18n improvement using the UTF-8 charset for Chinese translations - JIRA (atlassian.net)|https://osgeo-org.atlassian.net/browse/GEOS-10189]), but when I update the zh.properties ,it works.

So…

Is there anything I missed, Which one should I use?
