Issue Type:

Affects Versions:

Assignee:

Description:

when using reprojection console from epsg 5514 to epsg 4326 with point -868208.53 -1095793.57, i get result 48.402214036205585 66.16574061024181 which is not valid.

correct result is here:

echo “-868208.53 -1095793.57 512.30” | cs2cs +init=esri:102067
+towgs84=570.8,85.7,462.8,4.998,1.587,5.261,3.56 +to +init=epsg:4326
12d48’25.16"E 49d27’8.146"N 559.261

also, when displaying layer that is originally in epsg 2065 and i request reprojection to 5514, the result is layer that is switched vertically and then turned 90 degrees to the left.

the same affects projection 102067 which is just different name for the same projection.
