We need a README or something for the release data directory, documenting where we got the data from:

• https://github.com/geoserver/geoserver/tree/master/data/release

A quick pass at the directory shows:

Coverages:

• arc_sample
• img_sample
• mosaic_sample
• sfdem_sfdem

Data:

• nyc (giant polygon, poi, poly landmark, tiger roads)
• sf (archsites,bugsites,restricted,roads,streams)
• shapefiles(states)
• taz_shapes( cities, roads, state boundaries, water bodies)

Notes:

• GEOS-5465 covers the CITE.rst used for OGC CITE data
