This is meant for image mosaics, which already have a read parameter to control ordering (earliest tile top, least cloud cover top, least snow cover on top, and so on), but do not allow the user to switch granule order at runtime.
Syntax wise it’s going to be exactly like WFS, as we already do for all other parameters borrowed from that spec, implementation wise it’s going to replace the value provided in the configuration, just like CQL_FILTER does today with the equivalent parameter.
