Layer default style is not published in WMTS cpaabilities document

In GeoServer is possible to associated a default style to a layer without adding that style to the list of the allowed styles, i.e. the default style is implicitly allowed. GWC integration doesn’t take this into account … which means that no default styles are advertised for GeoServer layers in WMTS capabilities document.

To reproduce this issue just create a layer in GeoServer where the default style is not also in the allowed list.

I think this is a duplicate, I made the same request when I was looking at wmts in the spring. Actually it does not matter since you don’t need to know the style name to get the default back.
