I took a brief look at it, but it’s not clear how to fix this test case. The date gets converted to local time (which I think is normal for java), but it’s not clear how to both format the output date into a consistent time zone, but I’m definitely not a Freemarker expert.
It’s not obvious what the intent of the test is, so I’m not sure what the fix is. If you just leave off all TZ info altogether then the test seems to work.
